Advance booking for spa services are highly recommended to ensure availability. Appointments
cancelled within less than 4 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved
treatment cost. In the event you are late for your scheduled appointment, we will accommodate
you to the best of our abilities, but your treatment may be shortened or re-scheduled.
All above rates are in AED and are subject to 10% Service Charge and 6% Tourism Fee
